Gina Odean is the National Convergence Director for NACR leading a nationwide team of engineers who provide pre-sales and professional services support for VoIP projects.  Her background includes 22 years experience with Avaya and 3 years with NACR.  Her time with Avaya was spent in a variety of roles, including PBX Engineer, Design Specialist, Regional Tier 2 support, Technical Director, NAM, and Sales Manager.  Her three years with NACR have been devoted to understanding the challenges associated with the VoIP evolution and insuring that NACR can lead the industry is support of the technology.
