IR sponsored the meeting at their offices and presentations included tips for integrating with non-Avaya systems, how to plan for a SIP migration as well as an update on the Avaya Chapter 11.
Presentations regarding System Security and application integrations were provided by staff from SPS.
Windstream sponsored the meeting at Top Golf and provided sessions on UCaas, Oceana and Breeze. We have uploaded the Oceana and Breeze presentation in one link from the first presentation that provides information about how Breeze works and the benefits that Oceana can give organizations.
ConvergeOne provided sessions on Managing Systems in a Multi-vendor Environment, Microsoft Integration and Customer Journey Mapping. An overview about the new team engagement application from Avaya, Equinox, was shown by Scott Alvarez during the What's New at Avaya session.
David Lover with Arrow SI provided information on SIP Troubleshooting Techniques, System Manager Administration for Communication Manager and the change from SHA1 to SHA2 security certificates and tips on how to manage them.
Valcom presented information on emergency response procedures and notification systems. Avaya provided information on managing security certificates on Avaya equipment.
Avaya provided information about features in Avaya Aura 7.0, their Engagement Development Platform and a System Verification program they are launching.
Dwight Reifsnyder with NACR presented information on Managing Session Border Controllers and partnered with Jeff Johnson with Avaya on Remote workers.
The group listened to presentations about Avaya Mult-media messaging, Avaya and VM Ware and also Avaya's Fabric Connect Technology. Weather was an issue for many of the attendees but we have made all the presentations available through links on the agenda.
Sunturn provided information on how to maximize your Avaya investment using features already included in your system. Links are provided in the agenda for the Diagnostic Server and using vectors.
Unimax sponsored the meeting and Phil Moen provided information about the Future of Lights Out Technology. In addition, Scott Alvarez with Avaya gave information about Avaya Communicator.
