With New Technologies come New Rules- Radically Simplified. Learn more about  Leveraging the Messaging Architecture. Lantana has invited Enabling Technologies to discuss the Modular Messaging message since the Intuity Audix has been declared  End of Sale (EoS). We feel that many users will ultimately migrate to this platform and depending upon their infrastructure, users will either migrate to a separate store or use Exchange for the messaging store. We plan on discussing the differences so that users can decide what is best for their particular environments. We plan on discussing the following items:

It includes a discussion on MM Release 4.0 as well as AES/OCS and the advantages it brings to both Avaya users as well as Partners.

Learn more about Business Continuity Planning and the Tools to Communicate in the Case of an Event. What are the critical steps required after a major event has just occurred? There are three essential steps for Emergency Response that will be explored.

Our presentation would focus on being able to provide vital communications during an emergency response or disaster recovery operation.  This starts with being able to quickly notify your employees of when and where they need to be to respond to the crisis.  Once the team is assembled, you need to be able to provide them the tools to communicate and function during this response.  This solution needs to be completely self sufficient of all normal local modes of communication and power resources.  We will show you how you can still have dial tone, internet access, commercial radio service, wireless LAN, cellular, and video communications – even when all local services are down!

Contact Centers-Designing for Success:  This discussion will include CMS and the how to’s for Designing for Success- Know and understand the organizational objectives; Organizational objectives should drive the solution; Solution should be flexible enough to support the objectives.

We will be talking to and addressing such issues as designing call flows that meet your client’s service expectations, and your service objectives.  Additionally, we will be talking to such subjects as getting the most from your CMS and AVAYA Supervisor investment.

PDS Series - VMM-What it is and what it can do for you; Voice  Monitoring Manager is a tool that will provides information on calls placed between IP endpoints.  This information can be used to troubleshoot problems on the telecomm and data network.  This presentation includes an overview of the software and how to install and use this program that is provided by Avaya with all Communication Manager 4.0 and higher implementations.
