The Rocky Mountain Avaya Users Group holds quarterly meetings on the 2nd Wednesday in February, May, August and November. The meeting location varies throughout the Denver Metropolitan area. Please remember that members must be an end-user of an Avaya system. A member may invite their Business Partner or Service Representative to attend with them but would need to make it clear that those persons would be excluded from attending the business meeting at the beginning of the session.
Meeting Administrative Details
Members register by logging into their account on the International Avaya Users Group website at www.iaug.org and selecting Events and then Chapter Meetings for a link to the Event Details and Registration.
Avaya customers that are not members of IAUG can create a guest account by selecting the Avaya Users Forum from the User Resources link on the home page. The guest membership account is free and provides access to the Users Forum and the ability to register for Chapter meetings. IAUG membership packages begin at $200 per year and includes the added benefit of periodic webinars, regional and national events and training discounts.
We encourage you to tell co-workers and other Avaya Customers about our organization and often provide gifts for each member that has a guest join them for a meeting.
Everyone is reminded that the User's Group is for the benefit of the members. Avaya Technicians, Business Partners and Consultants may attend but may not arrive until after the conclusion of the User Group Business Meeting.
Users are further reminded that there are no membership dues for the Rocky Mountain Avaya Users Group. Funding is derived through vendor support for each meeting.
Door prizes are typically given at each User Group meeting.
